Edgardo Osorio was born in Columbia and raised between Miami and London. He combines his passion for modern design and his hand for luxury craftsmanship into desirable footwear. He attended London College of Fashion and Central Saint Martins he worked with some of the most prestigious luxury brands such as Salvatore Ferragamo and Roberto Cavilli. After working in the industry for 10 years and at just 25 years of age he launched his luxury footwear brand Aquazurra in 2011.

Each boutique has a different theme and these include:

Florence:

The theme of the Florence boutique plays on contrasts: stunning fresco ceilings typical of Florentine architecture is mixed with bold stripes and emerald green, the store's representative color. The interior is flecked with modern design pieces that are mixed with traditional Tuscan decor, with a flawless presentation of each shoe selection. The store is located in one of Florence's most breathtaking areas.

London:

The color of the London boutique is blue, and as all Aquazzura stores, it combines old and new elements. It is located in a vintage townhouse on Albemarle Street in Mayfair, composed of clean, modern design motifs in the interior. The main focal point of the store is the striped altar, which is representative of a Tuscan church.

New York:

The interior of the New York City boutique was inspired by a Tuscan duomo (cathedral), in particular the Santa Maria Novella church in Florence. The store melds modern and ancient elements, featuring a backlit altar, marble striped columns, modern design pieces and pink suede couches.

The Christy Flat comes in a full range of colours, including a variety of different details such as gems and glitter.
